This 3000 s.f. facility houses a large pro-shop area and a dining facility that can seat 40-50 people indoor and 40 people on the outdoor plaza. The pro-shop was designed to provide the golf pro, a complete view of the golf-course from the pro-shop. The restaurant has a magnificent view of Pikes Peak framed by the large curved bay windows.
