Design and master planning of a 2.5 acre site in the resort town of McCall, Idaho. The plan includes 25 to 30 luxury townhouse style residences. Residences are combined in a series of triplexes, four-plexes and five-plexes in a cluster home setting. Three and four story wood frame buildings over ground floor parking garages with "toy storage".
The buildings are positioned to work within view corridor restrictions and take advantage of the spectacular lake and mountain views. Residence sizes vary from 1800 to 3200 square feet. |
