City Commons ranging in size from 10,000 s.f. to 13,000 s.f.
These buildings house several retail and restaurant tenants.

Design Edge provided full architectural and interior design services
for this 5,500 s.f. single-story brick and block building with
a 2500 s.f. basement and a drive-thru banking facility.
This
building is one of several retail projects at Lakewood City Commons.

A Day Spa and Salon

This 3,000 s.f. spacewas remodelled into a beauty salon and spa.
The space was designed simply with stained concrete floors, and
a single curved wall that flows through the space creating different
functional areas. The exposed structure was painted black with
no architectural ceiling. |
