This old abandoned grocery store has been converted into a multi-tenant new retail space for a cabinet showroom, appliance and plumbing showroom and offices for the Kitchens at the Denver. Taking advantage of the large clear span bowstring trusses to open up the interior space to create an exciting space for the tenant. The existing high ceilings provided the opportunity to drop in a mezzanine for corporate offices to overlook the showroom. New punched windows open up the warehouse form and a new welded steel canopy announces the entrance on this highly trafficked corner of Denver.
