The Zen at Aria is the condominium building design for the 17.5 acre master planned community in northeast Denver. This building is a 3-story residential building over one level of underground parking. The building is designed with the zen philosophy of clean lines, asymmetry within the plans and windows, and a balance of natural materials against a monochromatic color palette. This 63 unit building is currently under construction and scheduled to complete by the end of 2021.
