Aria is a 17.5 acre master planned community in northeast Denver with a diversity of housing types and retail development. With the design of over 100 different residences, Design Edge worked with our development team on a series of duplexes, townhomes, rowhomes, and a condominium building. The architecture complements some of the original designs within the development. Changes in plane, roof lines, materials, and colors offer a unique collective of residences that conform to an overall aesthetic while maintaining some individuality across the project. This project is in a variety of phases including design and construction. Parts of the community have residents living at Aria.
