This Columbine residence was designed as a custom project. After the purchase of the original single-story bungalow, the clients met with Design Edge looking to completely reconfigure the existing layout as well as adding a new 2 nd story for added square footage. With the original traditional architecture in mind, this home was transformed into a new, but classic, 2,600 sq/ft spacious home. Time was taken to utilize the many existing large windows, and extra attention was given to enhance the property with original looking built-ins and a classic style of trim throughout.
