The space build-out consisted of a typical open office scheme with some private offices, training rooms, and a break room. The existing low ceiling infrastructure created a design challenge. The team explored many ways to raise ceiling heights but eventually decided to create design interest and alleviate the low ceiling space by adding different ceiling finishes and ceiling designs to various spaces.

Reclaimed pine beetle kill wood was used to create accent walls throughout the space.
