An older existing retail space was rehabilitated into corporate office space for Drake Real Estate Services. Renovations included structural repairs and modifications. The project also included 2,000 square foot of basement space as well as interior covered parking for up to 10 cars. Modifications were also made to the exterior of the building to accommodate new windows and entries.
