This project represents one in a pair of homes which are part of a combined development. The residences were designed on an old single apartment lot in the Park Hill Neighborhood. These contemporary designs blend a mix of metal, brick, and stucco to give each home its own unique character. The homes have similar floor plans with standalone exteriors.
