The owner’s goal for this new duplex was to design a building that was reminiscent of an old warehouse building. The residence was designed with traditional red brick and large glazed openings with flat roofs and rooftop observation decks to overlook the nearby Washington Park and Downtown.

This new duplex was designed with a rowhome concept. The developer had the unique opportunity with four connected lots to change the streetscape of this Platte Park neighborhood while still fitting in with the traditional homes in the neighborhood.
