An old mid-century modern home sat on this site high up above the Broadmoor hotel with panoramic city views. The single-story brick walls and window openings of the original house was preserved and is visible, but the remainder was completely gutted. The house absorbs the 360 degree views through its large windows and angular plan that preserves the original footprint in its fold.
