This is an 8-unit infill project adjacent to Olde Town Arvada. The exterior design of the townhomes will complement and enhance the surrounding neighborhood through form and materials. Each building will be a combination of brick and siding, which is similar to the existing neighborhood. Varying planes on all four faces play with light and shadow to create a sense of depth and provide visual interest. A mix of rooflines provide exterior variation as well. All sides of the building have their own unique qualities to create four-sided architecture. Parking for the residents will be in two car garages oriented to a central driveway. The setbacks along the north and south sides provide opportunities for outdoor living spaces such as patios, balconies and individual yards.
