This conversion of an existing split level office building on one of Denver’s favorite neighborhood streets presented a unique opportunity for urban renewal. The nearly unoccupied office building with outdated closed-off offices, narrow corridors, dark offices, and very little curb appeal was due for a makeover. Design Edge worked with the client’s vision for converting this building into a vibrant co-working space. The street facade was completely renovated to open up to the street, the floor plans were opened up to a community filled work space, and a rooftop deck was added to provide unique working opportunities for those who want to take the work environment outdoors. This building has been transformed to a great work environment for all and with the amenities provided is also a great place for corporate events.
