Design Edge was hired to design several different buildings at The Promenade at Castle Rock. The buildings are located within the master development and are required to complement the existing buildings in place. The architecture is a more contemporary rustic style, creating simple forms, and a composition with a focus on transparency through a lot of glazing on all sides. Building sizes range from 6,000 square feet to 11,000 square feet with a mix of covered and uncovered eating areas. Buildings vary from being move-in ready to others that are currently in design and under construction.
