The Ravello at Briarcliff is a community of 9 buildings located on a bluff overlooking downtown Kansas City. The project is home to over 280 residences with a mix of one and two bedroom condominium homes. Buildings are wood framed construction over a single level concrete parking structure. Residences and the buildings themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views of the downtown. Spacious open plans with large balconies enhance the views. The building’s mass is divided into unique elevations for each residential stack of condominiums.
