This residence on Cherry Way was designed as a new build speculative home for a local developer. Given the nature of the larger than standard lots for this South Denver neighborhood, a single-story ranch was proposed for the property. Inspired by mid-century modern architecture, a contemporary take on the classic was used in design. With large expansive windows, high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, this home quickly set itself apart from the norm set in Denver. With a completely finished basement, the final project totaled at over 3,800 sq/ft.
