Stonelake Ranch is an equestrian community of large acreage lots, horse trails and lakes, 20miles east of Tampa downtown. It sits on the east side of Lake Thonotosassa.

The owner wanted to build a home that would stand out amongst the rows of Mediterranean houses in the community. Their dream home had to be “comfy, cozy, airy, with lots of natural light and an easy flow through the house”.

We provided the conceptual design which were later developed into construction drawings by Steve Henry . The outdoor area was designed to be a resort style playground suitable for kids and adults alike. The oversized pool is designed for laps and games. The cabana features a full outdoor kitchen, with a restaurant style Tandoor as the standout piece.
