Village Plaza is an extension of a mixed-use commercial and multi-family residential project in the Denver Technological Center. Design Edge, PC. spearheaded the master planning and design of 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant. The space is housed into four different buildings. Building architecture and design have a strong connection to the adjacent Village Lofts residential project that was also designed by Design Edge. The building and site orientation have incorporated “new urbanist” ideas of locating the building closer to the street while placing the parking screened from view.
