Design Edge has worked with the Weins Development Group to design over dozens of projects throughout the last 10 years. From basement remodels, pop-tops, new single-family residences and now a series of duplexes in the Sunnyside Neighborhood. 5 different duplexes from traditional designs to more contemporary designs. Units have been designed on narrow lots, required zoning variances and have included features with rooftop patios, and original and unique floor plans. Project is currently in various phases from design to construction.
