WWSD retained Design Edge, PC for full AE services for the design of a 7,500 square feet building for their Administrative and Customer Service Operations. The building has a variety of functions including offices, meeting rooms, break areas, and a board room for public meetings. The project program included strong security considerations in the design to protect staff and visitors. The project has many sustainable design elements such as a high efficiency building envelope, HVAC system, LED lighting throughout, Water efficient fixtures, Xeric Landscaping, and Sustainable Materials use.
