This is an 18,000 square foot aquatics center with an adult’s and a kid’s pool. Other member facilities include child watch, fitness, and cardio room. The design is sensitive to its location within the larger residential community and the roof profile and exterior finishes helps to situate the building comfortably within the neighborhood.
