We designed this office headquarter facility for the district, in a residential neighborhood. The design is in response to residents’ concerns about the presence of a commercial/industrial facility in their neighborhood, and therefore reflects the rooflines and exterior finishes of the homes nearby.

Project included conference rooms, break room, restrooms, and office spaces. The building has a 3,000 square feet 3-bay maintenance area for the districts fleet of vehicles and can store up to 6 loaders and graders.
