VOYAGER BUSINESS PARK OFFICE WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE WAREHOUSES

Industrial buildings don’t have to look utilitarian. Design aesthetics of office warehouses are often dictated by their warehousing function. However, since this project was adjacent to a quiet residential neighborhood, the project had to have an aesthetic that would fit into the larger neighborhood. To break up a long street aspect of the project, we used various exterior materials to create textural relief. Similarly, we used varying roof lines to break up the vertical aspect of the building that was driven by the need for high warehousing space. The building has multiple individually owned units that range in size from 2,000 to 4,000 sf. Units can be used for construction materials warehousing, light manufacturing, or completely converted into office space only. Current owners include several construction trades, and a cafe.
